A Lesson in being Truly Mindful

Side bending is an important part of overall flexibility, and is often included in stretches in many disciplines, not the least of which being Yoga (but also dance, martial arts, competitive skiing, and so on)


Hours on the computer lead to stiffening of the neck, shoulders, ribs and spine. Thus, an activity that includes side bending may be just the "ticket" for you!

Many readers who are reasonably able find their lives have returned to almost pre-COVID busyness. They tell me they cannot do the 1-hour lessons, and also they crave more activity. Thus I created this lesson, perhaps as a possible beginning for a longer series of challenging lessons.
