A few lessons for you to enjoy

Easy for babies, easy for adults - the Feldenkrais Method® of Somatic Education: re-programming the nervous system through organic learning processes.

Four easy lessons give you a sense of the possibilities for you for finding ease and comfort, for discovering new approaches that you can apply to your daily live.

Ease in the Jaw. This short lesson (about 5 minutes) that you can do in sitting gives you a hint about the many ways that the functioning of the jaw is so intimately connected with movements of the head. At the end of this short lesson, you may find your jaw more relaxed. You may even find your neck easier. Check out how your breathing has changed, as well ...
48 minutes of Bliss with the Breath. A great stress-buster! While you are relaxing, yo also learn more about the process of breathing, and how you can take the exercise into your daily life.
Side Freedom in 19 minutes. Take a break after too long on the computer. Find a way to open those areas that became stiff and unmoving.
The Frog Lesson. Use your legs to ease your back. At the end, in walking, you find new balance, ease in the hips and low back. You will feel taller. You may find that some yoga poses are easier.

Rob has been providing Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education to the Calgary region since he graduated from a Feldenkrais Professional Training program 1991.

Rob took the Feldenkrais training as it appealed to his sense of respect for the human condition: we are complex individuals living our lives to the best of our abilities. The Method continues to appeal to Rob for it has great depth and wisdom.

Rob has provided classes 40+ weeks a year since about 1995, as well as many workshops, since then. He is available for individual sessions on a appointment basis (see his website).

Rob began recording his classes at the request of a systems engineer in 1999, and continues recording to this day. Every few years he upgrades the technology of recording, storing and distributing the lessons. This is the latest tool for sharing classes.
