About "48 Minutes of Bliss with the Breath"

I call this "Directing the Breath to the Diagonals".

You will be lying on your back almost the whole time, but there are a couple of times when I suggest that you get up and walk around.

Sometimes I ask that you bring your arm "above" you. Really, it is most important that your arm is in a comfortable place, hopefully at least as high as straight out from your shoulder. If you want to put it higher, ensure it is easy. Before the lesson begins, get a few pillows that you can put under your elbows, if you need to in order to feel great while doing these very gentle movements.
