In winter, many people find they restrict their walking, or they are very cautious about walking outside. Of course, statistics do tell us that this season is the time of falls.

This course is designed to help you feel more confident in walking in the winter conditions -- and, should a slip begin, how your system can reflexively respond so as to minimize the impact and thus damage.
