From Our first Breath

Our first intentional action after birth is our first breath.

As babies, we had an easy, natural rhythm of breathing.

As we grew older, we began to modify our breath: we used it to shape ourselves physically and emotionally.

At this point in our lives, with all the modifications and challenges we have placed on our breathing, it is a challenge to know what our natural breath really is.
