SomaDiary-Classes-Track Your Experience

The SomaDiary-Classes is a 8- or 12-page booklet for you to reflect on the Feldenkrais® lessons that you have done. Each page has a quote by Dr. Feldenkrais which you can use to support your learning and reflections. In addition, the booklets have a page for you to summarize your experiences so you can easily see your changes over the period. An added feature is that each page provides a rating which you can use to rate your ease and comfort at the beginning and end of the lesson.
